We are currently seeking a Radiology Medical Imaging Technologist I to join our medical imaging team. This role involves performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment to support high-quality patient care across all age groups. You'll play a vital part in clinical diagnosis by producing accurate, reliable, and timely imaging results-while helping to guide daily department workflow.

• Perform a wide range of imaging exams following established protocols

• Apply principles and techniques in the designated imaging modality (e.g., Radiography, CT, MRI, Mammography)

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of patient data

• Demonstrate leadership in daily workflow and prioritize patient needs

• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and safety standards

• Uphold quality assurance, radiation safety, and infection control practices

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

• ARRT Certification in the relevant imaging modality

• Oregon State Radiologic Technologist License (or valid temporary permit if recently graduated; certification must be obtained within 1 year)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification American Heart Association

• Image Wisely & Image Gently pledges (required within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter)

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field

• Three years of prior experience in a hospital imaging department

• New graduates and less-experienced technologists will also be considered

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to function independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Technically proficient in operating imaging equipment and relevant software

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
