Our core business consists of creating custom-designed security solutions for our customers. We install, maintain, monitor, and inspect a wide range of integrated building protection systems, including access control, video camera surveillance, fire alarms, and burglar alarms. Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping expand CRV Surveillance’s footprint across multiple industry sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building rapport with customers, and has a strong understanding of technical or security-related industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Conduct Business-to-Business (B2B) outreach through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Present CRV Surveillance’s solutions—including telecom, data networking, physical security, guard services, low voltage systems, fire systems, and electrical services—to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and RFP responses in collaboration with internal technical teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with operations and project management to ensure seamless handoff and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in any of the following industries:
    Telecom, data networks, physical security, guard services, data centers, low voltage systems, electrical systems, or fire systems.
  • B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-generating leads.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain value to clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling technology, security, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Existing network or client relationships in commercial, industrial, or government sectors.
  • Background in multi-state or regional sales territories.
