General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification-requirements- ARRT/ W Virginia state License How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 1 TrueBeam treatment and 1 Siemens CT Simulator Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties Radiation therapy, Simulations, Blocks Experience or 'Must have' skills -True beam experience within the last year, also, someone with experience that if left in a situation with a less experienced RTT, then they would be able to step up and lead the situation if need be. Need to be able to use Varian TrueBeam 4.1 and ARIA v.18.1. Also, needs to be able to complete 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, & DIBH treatment procedures. Average # of scans/studies per day- 17-20 EMR &/or PACS (Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) TrueBeam, Siemens
